intent 분류와 entities 추출

Core(Dialog manage component)는 현재 대화와 문맥을 통해 assistant가 어떻게 응답할지 정한다.

Core는 예시 대화 데이터(스토리)로부터 관측된 패턴들을 통해 학습한다.

 

Core가 문맥을 유지하는 방법;

머신러닝 모델을 통해 현재와 전의 대화 흐름을 통해 캐치한다.

NLU 모델로부터 추출된 디테일을 설명

entity(다음에 slot으로 사용함)는 Core가 다음 action을 어떻게 할지 예측하는데 직접적으로 영향을 끼친다.
